This is the first coffee-bar concept in Kazakhstan, where the barista demonstrate alternative methods of coffee brewing (pour-over, siphon, Chemex and others) that unveil the taste of the coffee beans. Drinks are made with the Clover coffee and Black Eagle espresso machines. For drinks made with the Black Eagle machine, a unique mix of Reserve Microblend grain varieties is used.
