When we speak of Astana, which is growing and flourishing by leaps and bounds, its construction and architecture is the most obvious thing to talk about. We have therefore decided to discuss the construction of the Talan Towers multifunctional complex. This project is being implemented in the new part of the city by a group of companies under the leadership of Verny Capital. This complex will be the first “green” building in Kazakhstan to use energy-efficient technologies and comply with LEED requirements. The American architects SOM (Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP) designed the project. The total complex area will be 118 square meters. Talan Towers will consist of two towers: 26 and 30 floors each, connected by a three-floor podium with retail space. The complex will have office premises that meet the requirements of the A-Category international classification, as well as the famous Ritz-Carlton hotel and residences. The retail space will be the site of well-known brand boutiques, restaurants and luxury cafes.
